Liked Ben MacMurchy's recent video about working in a call centre. Not that Bmac will ever reach the heights of this man, but I kind of compare the contents of the video to Gene Shepard.

Also shocked to have learned of the death of WTAM Cleveland's Mike Trivisonno.
