THE SCIENCE BEHIND T102’S UV PROTECTION

James Prattas has been leading a five year project in progressing the T102, a product designed to introduce natural solutions to a global problem. We are all exposed to UV radiation, Satellite Signals, Wi-FI, and many other environmental toxins in our modern life. Our goal is to provide a safe new proven scientific alternative to minimize UV radiation and the resulting skin cancers and melanomas.

The science and technology behind these incredible shirts consist of magnetic T1O2 Titanium particles that are combined with Nano-Rutile TiO2, and Nano-Anatase TiO2 under a very high temperature above 1000 Degrees. Then the proprietary magnetic particles are bound into the material fibers by a process which uses Tesla electric current to stabilize the bonding. Inside the yarns of different materials, the Titanium particles remain permanently bonded, and will never wash out. The material is Odorless.

Through the innovative use of crowdfunding on Kickstarter, James Prattas is exposing his much needed product. We would love to share more content and pictures with you! There are so many benefits to wearing T102 you must see for yourself what the T102 is all about on Kickstarter, here.https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2138929014/james-prattas-company-t1o2?ref=nav_search

SHOW OFF AND HAVE FUN WITH THE NEW CLIQMAPS APPLICATION, AND MAKE A POSITIVE CHANGE IN YOUR COMMUNITY

Cliqmaps will serve as the first social platform to influence as much presence offline as it does online. They want to fuel events that establish a sense of social bond worldwide to capture content from their Cliqmaps app. Cliqmaps will bring people together to share experiences, and show off their unique style.

Cliqmap’s focus is to implement an intelligent but simple design into their app, allowing for a lot of possibilities, and also making it user friendly. By combining the use of google maps with an advanced but simple to use video editing software, the Cliqmaps app will allow groups to showcase their skills like never before. Cliqmaps truly shows devotion to its community by giving every single dollar that they raise over what their asking, and using it for a reserved community event that acknowledges the Veterans and transient youth of northern San Diego.

This month Cliqmaps started raising funds through the innovative use of crowdfunding. Their crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo will help them achieve their goal of spreading the word about their new application. Money raised to help this small startup company will go towards establishing the infrastructure, marketing, and development of the Cliqmap phone app. Click here to check out the Cliqmap campaign page.

Cliqmaps sounds like it could be used for some very Orwellian purposes, but it also seems like it could have many good uses as well.

AVAILABLE NOW: ZULU WAVE'S AGGRESSIVE AND GENRE-DEFYING DEBUT ALBUM "JAGORILLA"

"Guitarist/singer Michael Barrow is a magnetic frontman, commanding the room’s attention as he slays through solos, vaults off drum risers and amplifiers, and literally leaps, thrashes and careens around the stage. Bassist Bryan Schanck matches him in energy and force, the two pushing against each other in instrumental duels or writhing on the stage floor as they solo while keysman Ariel Cortes builds the wall-of-sound atmospherics and Danny Piechocki batters his kit."- Creative Loafing

Zulu Wave's African-inspired experimental sound defies strict genre categorization, instead a thrilling and energetic mish-mash of influences. Their debut albumJAGORILLAis available today. According to the band, a jagorilla is a fantasy mix between a jaguar and a gorilla. That fantastical mix defines the feeling behind the album: aggressive, mysterious, hard to describe.

Frontman Michael Barrow came to the US from South Africa after spending much of his youth in Zimbabwe. After having some success with his previous band, he wanted to continue to build on that in America with all of the new opportunities that were available. Using Craigslist, along with a little bit of trial and error, the first few variations of Zulu Wave were born. Even back then, it was hard for people to describe what the band was doing, and the band continued to experiment with their sound. The music is a mix of Michael’s African backgrounds and love of noise and experimental music, along with the rest of the group's more traditional musical experiences.

After some time, the band settled into their current lineup (Michael Barrow on vocals/guitar, Danny Piechocki on drums, Brian Schanck bass, and Ariel Cortes on keys) late in 2013 and immediately started work onJAGORILLA. For the band, JAGORILLA is a personal experience, being the culmination of years of work. Zulu Wave's story is one of constant evolution, developing an aggressive new sound that doesn’t easily fit into the usual genres, and that will continue to change in the future.

Zulu Wave'sJAGORILLAis available today. Check it out now.

Straight-up rockin with great melody changes.

Everyone has the option to offer a tune when their turn comes around, or  pass to their neighbour if they’d rather. Depending on the music, the mood,  choice of instruments, etc. some will choose  to support whoever is leading a song, others may prefer sit out and listen.   DSCF1663

“There may be only 4 or 5 of us or maybe a whole room full of  musicians. A place for ‘first-timers’ and experienced  players alike. A  good bunch of people playing all kinds of music together.  People in their teens all the way through  proto-geezers. Maybe even an DSCF1647sincipient-geriat or two....

RADIO-RELATED STUFF

Had lots of good FM dx through August and September. I frequently picked up WJPT, CJLF-3, CIUT, WGMC, WRVO, and WDCX. I even picked up Sunshine 89.1 from Orelia once.

If they extend the FM band downward, lots of people are going to have to buy new radios.

Picked up 99.3 County FM clear as a bell tonight with songs including "Let's Groove Tonight, and Rod Stewart's "Having A Party." Hopefully there'll be lots of interesting stuff coming from this station in the near future.

Even though it's fall and we're at the point where it should be different, WBCQ 9330 still comes in better than 7490.

Whatever happened to Dan Duvall and "Revelation Ready" on Sonpower Radio?

Have really been enjoying 98.1 The Bridge Lethbridge.

Have also been listening to BBC Radio One lately. They have so many great songs from bands and singers I've never heard of.
