FOOD NOTES: LOTS OF GOOD STUFF

On April 29, I had my first Icecap of the season. On May 5, I had my second.


The Saturday of Victoria Day weekend, we had our first barbecued hamburgers and rhubarb pie of the season.


Yesterday I ate some delicious cake baked by a friend. The cake was iced with cream cheese icing, made with honey and contained apple and carrot.
