Zelda Young, one of the few broadcasters on CHIN whose program was in English, has died.
Have been picking up upstate New York radio stations the last few days including Radio 95.1 Rochester, 93Q Syracuse, WBEE Rochester, and (faintly) WRUR Rochester.
Heard 98.5 Virgin Radio Calgary streaming in a store today.
Last Thursday's announcement on "ET Canada" of its cancellation was something else. Pull yourselves together, ladies. Then they went right into something "Entertainment Tonight" in all likelihood already talked about.
As a matter of fact, the future of Canada: ESPN Classic Canada has gone off the air. Meanwhile, four new East Indian television stations have been approved.
