FOOD NOTES: RECENT GASTRONOMIC ADVENTURES

    You haven't lived till you've had mud pie concocted with homemade blueberry ice cream.


Marinated and cooked a steak in Guinness last week, then drank the rest of the can later. I don't believe I'd ever had Guinness before and the stuff went down like water.


On two occasions now I have made a dish consisting of rice, tuna and a diced tomato nuked in a Corningware dish. It is some good if I do say so myself.
