FOOD NOTES: THANKSGIVING AND OTHERWISE

Ate a can of cocktail wieners Friday afternoon. It was the first time I'd had them and I have to say they weren't my favourite thing. They kind of had the texture of dust in my mouth actually.


        Friday night, I heated up some leftover roast potatoes, cooked half a pound of lean ground bief and put the bief on top of the potatoes. It was goood!


Went to an event at a local heritage site Saturday and learned about how they would have made bread and bean soup back in the olden days.


Ate New York cheesecake Sunday night. Needless to say, it was delicious.


Sunday night I drank coffee out of a hexagonal cup.
