What Good Fight Ministries says here is absolutely true but, as they tend to do, they have left out the other important part of the answer to this argument against the God of the Bible.
God wants people to worship Him because He originally created us to share a loving, worshipful relationship. God doesn't need worship, service or human beings for that matter because He is all sufficient. However, He made man because He wanted to have a relationship with beings He would create in His image.
Adam and Eve, along with the rest of mankind down through history instead decided they wanted to go their own way, thus creating the cancer-like problem mentioned in this video.
God still desires people to be in a loving, worshipping relationship of service to Him. He provided a way for this to happen through His Son, Jesus Christ. To begin this relationship, look in your Bible at the Book of Acts, chapter 2, verse 38.
