Krispy Kreme is shaking things up — and not just with sprinkles.

The doughnut chain is rolling out nine new flavors — six here to stay and three available for a limited time — and getting rid of a few permanently, bringing its lineup of full-sized doughnuts from 10 to 16. The new lineup is available starting Monday, Nov. 3.

In a press release obtained by PEOPLE, the company says the new flavors have been more than a year in the making, inspired by social media buzz, fan requests and top-performing limited releases from the past.

To mark the occasion, Krispy Kreme enlisted Grammy-winning artist Montell Jordan to rework his iconic 1995 hit song “This Is How We Do It” into a doughnut-themed anthem, “This Is How We Dozen.” The menu upgrade also celebrates the 30th anniversary of the beloved party track, which will debut across the brand’s social platforms.

“My music is about celebrating good times, and nothing brings people joy quite like a dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts,” said Jordan. “Being a Krispy Kreme fan, doing this remix for Krispy Kreme’s new core menu is a blessing, and I’m excited about it, hyping everyone to discover some new favorite doughnuts and make sweet memories.”

Among the doughnut newcomers are indulgent picks like New York Cheesecake, a creamy, graham-topped doughnut filled with cheesecake-flavored Kreme, and Oreo Cookies and Kreme, featuring cookie pieces, chocolate icing and vanilla drizzle.

There’s also Biscoff Cookie Butter Kreme, which doubles down on cookie butter flavor, plus a Maple Iced and Cinnamon Apple Filled for those craving a cozy twist. The chain is also bringing back its Original Glazed Cake and Pumpkin Spice Cake doughnuts to round out the new mix.

“We are so excited to introduce nine new flavors to our lineup so everyone can build a dozen that is as unique as they are,” said Alison Holder, Krispy Kreme’s chief brand and product officer. She added that the goal is to offer “more variety, more flavor and more choice” for customers.

Of course, making room for new favorites means saying goodbye to a few classics. Fans will have to part with the Original Glazed Blueberry Cake, Original Glazed Lemon Filled and Cake Batter doughnuts, though Krispy Kreme noted that these flavors could return down the line.
