CLEANSING STREAM MINISTRIES GOES TO KINNGAIT, NUNAVUIT

Cleansing Stream Ministries goes to Kinngait, Nunuvit! July 28, 2025 - August 5, 2025 The shortest distance (air line) between Nunavut and Toronto is 1,493.80 mi (2,404.03 km)from Toronto. The shortest route between Nunavut and Toronto is 2,222.45 mi (3,576.69 km) . The population: Kinngait (Cape Dorset), Nunavut, incorporated as a hamlet in 1982, population 1,396 (2021 census), 1,441 (2016 census). The hamlet of Kinngait is situated on Dorset Island, off the southeast coast of the Foxe Peninsula of Baffin Island, 395 km southwest of Iqaluit. The CHURCH-In Kinngait (formerly Cape Dorset), the main religious communities are Anglican, Full Gospel, and Living Water. While all three had churches in the past, back-to-back fires in 2023 destroyed the Living Water Church and the Anglican church, leaving the Cape Dorset Full Gospel Church as the only remaining church in the community.  This is the church we will be visiting.

Timothy Generation has invited Cleansing Stream Ministries to partnering togetherto speak with the spiritual leaders, pastors, congregants and citizens of Kinngait about the hope that is found in knowing Jesus Christ. Timothy Generation formerly, Bill Prankard Ministries has been evangelizing and planting churches in Nunuvit for over 50 years.  My desire is to bring the message of Cleansing Stream that would help to disciple the leaders to a new level of freedom in Christ as they lead their people.
