This past Sunday for dinner, Mom cooked roast chicken with souvlaki sauce. She asked me if I wanted cranberry jelly on it and I said yes. The chicken was great with the cranberry jelly, but you couldn't taste the souvlaki sauce underneath. Mom sent me home with a substantial amount leftover and Tuesday night I decided to try some of it plain, that is, with souvlaki sauce, and put cranberry jelly on some. I nuked half of it "plain" and that was delicious. I then nuked the other half and put the jelly on it and that was also another delicious experience.
