This fellow makes some excellent points about this 2001 children's blockbuster. Below are a few of my own:
1. If Carmen loves the story of how the two spies fell in love so much, how has she not connected how long ago the spies retired with her age plus nine months?
2. Has this family never heard of Compound W?
3. I know he was starring in "Nash Bridges" at the time, but I still can't picture Cheech Marin as someone anybody would want around their kids.
4. Carmen says Juni can't call her names because he has nothing on her. That never stopped any kid of which I ever knew.
5. Why does Carmen come down on Juni for peeing in the water when she's a bedwetter?
6. On a related note, how come Carmen didn't think Juni knew about her bedwetting when they share a room?
7. Why was Carmen taking ferry rides into the city and why was she doing it twice a month?
Also, way to name the family after one of the conquistadors.
