I agree with the people in this video.
Millennials have grown up in a world of fake things, from plastic surgery and the cosmetics industry to insincere Hollywood stars and dotcom billionaires. They don't want to be around Christians who are just putting on their Sunday faces, trying to fit some man's idea of things.
Also, they have had enough of sermons that consist of 35 minutes of jokes, stories and analogies, five minutes of actual teaching and five minutes of screwing around with the microphone. They want to learn and they don't need to be spoonfed by a pastor either since they are, after all, living in the information age.
