Though some of them may truly have a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, Catholics are not Christians and Roman Catholicism is not Christianity. This thorough article lays out over a couple dozen differences.
Though it contains a few things I disagree with, I can not help but link to something this good.
I pray in the name of Jesus Christ that the Catholics who read it would prayerfully consider what is being said, look at the verses he uses for themselves and come to Acts 2 38 salvation.
