I am not a gnostic, so I don't believe any thing is evil in itself. There are good children's shows out there, and a little onscreen entertainment won't hurt a child, but the article linked above highlights the fact parents need to exercise wisdom and vigilance when it comes to what is set before a kid's eyes.
