                        Q-107 (CILQ-FM) Toronto from 1987 ID saying we were in middle of Lebatt six pack, Andy Frost backselling songs.

 

The Wolf 101.5 (CKWF-FM) Peterborough intro to “Overnight” from the Rock Radio Network, later ID saying the aforementioned was broadcast by the Anik satilite.

 

96.3          CFMK-FM Kingston “Backstage at the Parlour” with the featured band being Echoes of Bluegrass. Then into CFLY and “All That Jazz.” Don Robinson sounded like he had a cold or something.


102.5 WBEN-FM from September 1986 unknown anncr promoting UNICEF Christmas cards. Commercials for Valley Matrix Fitness Centre )with chance to meet Heather Lockleer) and the Village Green bookstore.

 

98.3 CFLY-FM Kingston from March 17, 1986. “All That Jazz” with Don Robinson giving time of 9:22 and temperature. Then into Neil Kirby from March 19 giving time of 12:40 and saying the stock market report would be coming up at 1:00 followed by “Enterprise Canada” interviewing Stephen Sandler of Sandler Prepared Mustard. Then Neil Kirby from March 25 giving time of 3:09 and weather forecast, also mentioning the Oscars and the Grammys.

 

The Wolf 101.5 FM (CKWF-FM) Peterborough from March 1992 Norma Green giving time of 6:17 and frontselling songs. Later gave time of 6:34 and threw it over to a remote from Dale Lowe who was live from a Peterborough McDonald’s where they had just introduced pizza.

 

Several editions of “The Champ” radio feature I assume broadcast over Q-107 Toronto. Then into 1430 The Fan Toronto Storm taking a call from Gary in Alliston and giving time of 9:57. Then into Country 59 Toronto with countdown show.

 

In the middle of a message from Apostle Winston Trout, the end of the “Cheers” episode “Thanksgiving Orphans” followed by a good chunk of the episode “Everyone Imitates Art.”

 

UCB Canada (CKJJ-FM) Belleville Jay Christie and Susan Roffall hosting “Saturday Night Gospel.” Mentions of announcer bios on UCB website, reminder for people to get their shareathon pledges in and talk about the new cd Jay and his wife Carol were getting ready to put out.

Then into Jay’s shift from the following day. Played high low for tickets to Gold City concert, sports, double play song of the day (had to replay the first fifteen seconds because no one called in), Hurricane Dean weakening, announcer bios on website, commercial for Belleville’s community Bible study, Hastings County Plowing Match and Farm Show, Highway of Heroes, National AIDS Walk for Life.

Boil water advisory over in Stirling, muscular dystrophy fundraiser at the upcoming Belleville Waterfront Festival, that night’s CFL game, CAN YOU HELP banner on their website, “Saturday Night Gospel”, double play song     of the day, kids carnival and concert in Picton, Quinte Christian High Christmas craft sale, United Way fundraising barbecue. Then into Jay’s shift from June 7, 2007 with talk about Stanley Cup playoffs. 


102.1 CFNY-FM Toronto unknown anncr frontselling and backselling songs, canned promo ID for musical mystery combination contest. End of shift and anncr saying he would be back the next day at 10:00. Later canned ID promo Daddy Cool presents Otis Clay at Albert's Hall.


Kix 104.7 (WAQX-FM) Syracuse unknown female anncr in the middle of a "Sunday Night Six Pack" playing Eric Clapton "Unplugged."


98.3 CFLY-FM Kingston unknown female anncr giving time of 9:18, weather forecast, hits of the sixties contest mornings with Bruce and Jackie, Musicians in Concert for Charity in Dollar Bill's at the Prince George Hotel the following night featuring New Bentley, The Mugworts, Fat Spider, and Juice (formerly Last Call) with proceeds going to Almost Home.


Energy 108 (CING-FM) Burlington from August 1994 with reggae show. Both male and female anncr. Partial promo for World Splash '94. Female anncr saying it was nearly 7:00. Commercial for Jamaica National followed by beginning of news from Jamaica with Norma Brown. Featured regular Energy 108 news sounder. Later into CHRY and Orlando Sidney's reggae show. Mentioned a reggae artist coming to the Tropic night cclub in Kitchener on September 24. Orlando Sidney finished his show at 8:30 then into "The Cutting Edge" with Gary Wright. Paul and Angela were the producers. Psas for the Wife Assault Helpline and Moe Koffman for the RP Eye Research Foundation. Mentioned the 1994 Metro Mixoff, Stella Umeh winning at the Commonwealth Games, the Mario Gentile/Alan Tonks/Lou Charles scandal, took a call about whether African-Canadians are adequately represented politically in North York and black athletes repplaying for countries that have treated them poorly.


105.5 CHRY-FM Toronto "105.5 BPM" playing reggae music. Unknown anncr giving times of 9:03 and 9:13, at which point he introduced the "x-rated" portion of the show.
