With so many sub-channels on a digital TV station, U.S. channels above 36 can probably easily afford to move.
Picked up some hams yesterday talking about their equipment.
As much as it sucks for the sake of communication that stations are moving off shortwave, mediumwave and FM in favour of digital, I can kind of understand where the people making these decisions are coming from. Money is still money, and why pay for a transmitter site and it's equipment if you don't have to.
Picked up WDCX Buffalo a couple Sundays ago with preacher.
