ANOTHER BLAST FROM THE PAST

Listened to a tape today featuring 98 PXY Rochester from early summer 1985. There was a female anncr frontselling Cool And the Gang "Cherish", later on a station promo for tickets to Live Aid, later anncr Paul Jason began what I presume was the overnight shift, live reads for Tena Turner look-alike/lip synch contest and cue to call cash promo, canned promo for 98 PXY window and bumper stickers, jingle for weather forecasts but they were cut out.
