CANADIAN MAN WHO IDENTIFIES AS NONBINARY WINS CASE TO HAVE TAXPAYERS FUND EXPERIMENTAL SURGERY THAT WOULD RESULT IN HAVING BOTH A PENIS AND VAGINA

Canadian “Non-Binary Diaper Fetishist” Wins Case To Have Taxpayers Fund Experimental Surgery That Would Leave Him With A Penis AND “Vagina”

By Amy Hamm

April 26, 2025

A 34-year-old Canadian man who identifies as “non-binary” has won his case to have taxpayers fund an experimental surgery that will leave his penis intact while placing a constructed “neo-vagina” in the space between his penis and anus. The surgery is currently only available in Texas and could cost Canadian taxpayers upwards of $70,000.

Reduxx first reported on the bizarre legal fight in April of 2024, after the man, known only as “K.S.,” won his first challenge against the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) at the Ontario Divisional Court.

After K.S.’s win at the divisional court last April, he took to social media to anonymously celebrate the ruling, but his Reddit account was quickly uncovered and linked back to him. His digital footprint included making sexually explicit posts on a Reddit board for “bigenital” persons. In the online posts, he claimed to be a disability advocate and that he suffered from bipolar disorder.

As previously detailed by Reduxx, K.S. also claimed to identify as a “transgender baby,” a “little” who is attracted to diapers, and as someone who is “obsessed” with urinary and bowel incontinence. He claimed that his bedroom was designed to look like the bedroom of an eight-year-old girl’s.

Several of his online posts were to an “ABDL” community. “ABDL” is an acronym for “adult baby diaper lover,” a fetish which involves participants becoming sexually aroused while acting like children or babies.

K.S. had also posted content on Reddit about experiencing suicidal ideation related to childhood abuse and inadequate mental health supports. He appears to have deleted his account after Reduxx’s exposé.

Following the 2024 ruling in K.S.’s favor, OHIP appealed the decision but has now lost their second effort to refuse his request.

The Ontario Court of Appeal has unanimously upheld the lower court ruling that granted K.S. the right to a government-funded “penile-sparing vaginoplasty.” The three judges also awarded him $23,250 in costs. The province of Ontario has the right to appeal the latest decision to the Supreme Court of Canada on or before June 23, 2025.

The man’s lawyer provided a statement to Canadian media after his win, which read: “K.S. is pleased with the Court of Appeal’s decision, which is now the third unanimous ruling confirming that her gender affirming surgery is covered under Ontario’s Health Insurance Act and its regulation.”

K.S. was assisted by Egale Canada, a self-described 2SLGBTQI charity, and the Canadian Civil Liberties Association; both groups appeared as intervenors on his behalf.

Because the province of Ontario incorporated standards of the widely-disgraced World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) into their own policies, judges from both the divisional and appeal courts have referred the radical WPATH standards in their decisions. WPATH endorses radical surgeries up to and including castration, and lists “eunuch” as a “gender identity.”

“The vaginoplasty sought by K.S. comfortably fits within the Act’s contemplation of an insured service. It is a specifically listed service in the Schedule of Benefits that has been recommended by Dr. Druce and Ms. Sela, health care providers appropriately trained in accordance with WPATH standards as contemplated by the Schedule of Benefits, and K.S. meets the requirements for prior authorization therein set out,” reads the Ontario Court of Appeal ruling.

AH: As an abdl myself, I can attest most of us aren't as screwed up as this guy. For a lot of us, abdl isn't even a source of sexual pleasure. Rather, it is an emotional thing as diapers and childhood in general tend to be associated with being loved, cared for and carefree.

HOME TV SETS TURN 97 YEARS OLD

Cord Cutters News - Monday, April 28, 2025 at 4:05PM

Home TV Sets Were Born 97 Years Ago Today

Today marks the 97th anniversary of a groundbreaking moment in technological history: the installation of the first home television sets in 1928. On April 28 of that year, RCA and General Electric (GE) placed three experimental television sets in homes in Schenectady, New York, marking the dawn of a new era in entertainment and communication. These rudimentary sets, designed to test inventor Ernst F.W. Alexanderson’s first home television receiver, displayed a flickering, 1.5-square-inch picture transmitted via radio signals. Though the image was small, unsteady, and far from the high-definition displays we know today, this milestone laid the foundation for the modern television industry.

The 1928 experiment was a culmination of years of innovation. Alexanderson, a Swedish-American engineer working for GE, had been refining television technology since the early 1920s. His system relied on a mechanical scanning method using a rotating disc to capture and display images, a stark contrast to the electronic cathode-ray tube systems that would later dominate. The Schenectady tests were modest, with the tiny, grainy images requiring darkened rooms and considerable patience from viewers. Yet, they proved that television could be brought into the home, sparking imaginations and setting the stage for a revolution in how people consumed information and entertainment.

A Brief History of Home Television

The journey from Alexanderson’s 1928 experiment to today’s sleek, internet-connected smart TVs is a story of relentless innovation. Following the Schenectady trials, television technology advanced rapidly. By the late 1920s and early 1930s, experimental broadcasts were underway in the United States, Europe, and Japan. In 1936, the BBC launched the world’s first regular television service in London, using a mix of mechanical and electronic systems. However, it was the introduction of fully electronic television systems, pioneered by engineers like Walter Bruch in Germany and RCA’s Vladimir Zworykin in the U.S., that made television practical for widespread use.

Commercial television took off in the late 1930s and 1940s. In the U.S., RCA began regular broadcasts in 1939, showcasing the technology at the New York World’s Fair. By the early 1950s, television ownership exploded, with millions of American households purchasing bulky, black-and-white sets. Shows like I Love Lucy and The Ed Sullivan Show became cultural touchstones, turning the TV into a centerpiece of the living room.

The 1960s brought color television, with RCA’s NTSC standard becoming the norm in the U.S. by 1966. This innovation transformed the viewing experience, making everything from sports to news more vivid and engaging. The 1970s and 1980s saw further advancements, including the rise of cable television, which expanded channel offerings, and the introduction of VCRs, which gave viewers control over what and when they watched.

The digital revolution of the late 1990s and 2000s ushered in flat-screen TVs, high-definition (HD) displays, and plasma and LCD technologies. By the 2010s, smart TVs integrated streaming services like Netflix and YouTube, blurring the line between television and the internet. Today, 4K and 8K ultra-high-definition TVs, OLED displays, and voice-activated interfaces dominate the market, offering immersive experiences that Alexanderson could scarcely have imagined.

Reflecting on 97 Years of Progress

The significance of the 1928 Schenectady tests cannot be overstated. At a time when radio was the dominant medium, the idea of transmitting moving images into homes seemed like science fiction. Yet, Alexanderson’s work, backed by RCA and GE, proved it was possible, igniting a chain of innovations that reshaped society. Television became a window to the world, broadcasting historic moments like the moon landing, the fall of the Berlin Wall, and global sporting events to billions.

As we celebrate this 97th anniversary, it’s worth reflecting on how far we’ve come. From a 1.5-square-inch, flickering image to wall-sized screens with crystal-clear resolution, the evolution of the home television mirrors humanity’s drive to connect and share stories. Experts predict the next frontier will involve augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) integration, potentially transforming TVs into fully immersive environments.

For now, the legacy of that April day in 1928 lives on in every home with a screen. As we stream our favorite shows or catch up on the news, we owe a nod to Alexanderson and the pioneers in Schenectady who dared to dream of a world where images could travel through the air and into our lives.

Family keeps capturing stranger sneaking into their pool for a swim: ‘Bizarre’

An Australian family is in disbelief after a stranger allegedly snuck into their home half a dozen times and used their swimming pool without permission.

Queensland homeowner Holly Stevens said the unknown man had repeatedly snuck into the property in New Farm in northern Brisbane to take a dip at least five times since January.

Labeling the move “entitled,” Stevens told 9News she’s “come to the conclusion he’s obviously scoping out the property” while no one was home before taking a dip.

The man, who could be seen on CCTV cameras checking out the home, would take off his shoes and socks at the front door before taking a plunge in the pool, stretching his muscles and completing a few laps.

While the family claims to have caught him in the act five times since January 19, Stevens believes he may have snuck in several times before.

“We installed better CCTV after about the second time, so now we can see pretty clearly when he accesses the property, but yeah, before that, we, it’s likely that he could have entered and we just wouldn’t have known,” she said, adding that the entire situation was “bizarre.”

“He’s like, sweaty, has sneakers on, and he’s running, and then he’s stretching in the pool after a run, which is honestly very gross, because it’s just like this guy that we don’t know,” she said.

A Queensland police spokesperson told NewsWire they were investigating the alleged trespassing incidents between January 19 and April 25.

“Anyone with additional CCTV, dashcam or who may have witnessed anything in the area is asked to contact police,” he said.

Family Saw Man Regularly Using Their Pool on CCTV. He Just Gave a Bizarre Excuse for Taking a Dip While They Were Out

By Toria Sheffield  Published on May 4, 2025 07:00AM EDT

A man was caught sneaking into a backyard swimming pool in Australia on multiple occasions — and he gave an unexpected reason for doing so.

Holly Stevens of New Farm, a suburb of Brisbane, says that home security footage caught a man using her family’s backyard pool at least four times since January, according to local outlet News 9.

"It just feels a little bit entitled," she said, adding that her family installed better CCTV cameras after the first few incidents, enabling them to more clearly see the culprit accessing their property.

"It's just really odd, like just bizarre," she said.

Several local news outlets recently ran stories on the incident, which included images of the mysterious man. This led to him being recognized by friends and relatives.

The man then quickly came forward and reported himself to Fortitude Valley Police.

“To me, it looked like a display home, I didn’t think anyone lived there, so I just decided I was hot and thought I’d go for a swim,” the man, who identified himself only as "Matt," 34, explained in an interview with 7NEWS.

"To be honest, I didn’t sleep for a couple of days,” he continued, adding, “I didn’t mean to make anyone feel unsafe.”

Matt told the outlet that local police gave him a warning and told him not to do it again. He also said that his friends and family have since been teasing him about the incident.

“My cousins have been calling up and asking if I want to go for a swim at theirs. And my mates have been saying, ‘Yeah, come round for a swim, bro,’ “ he said.

Matt additionally told the outlet that he has since attempted to personally apologize to the homeowners, but they have yet to respond.

A Queensland Police spokesperson confirmed to NewsWire that they received a formal report of an “an unknown man entering a [...] backyard and swimming in the property’s pool on several occasions,” adding that they spoke to Matt on April 30 and he was “cautioned for one count of trespass.”

PEOPLE reached out to Queensland Police on Thursday, May 1, for comment but did not receive an immediate response.

Europe Promises To Get The Electricity Back Up ASAP So Everyone Can Hear The Muslim Calls To Prayer

Apr 29, 2025 · BabylonBee.com

LISBON — Following massive power grid failures that plunged multiple countries into blackouts, Europe promised its citizens it would get electricity back up as soon as possible so everyone would be able to hear the Muslim call to prayer over the loudspeakers.

Officials said they were aware that essential staples of European life, like pausing to pray in the direction of Mecca and asking Allah to grant them bloody victories against the infidels, had been disrupted by the blackouts, but assured everyone the normalcy of assaults and stabbings could resume very soon.

"Our way of fundamental Islamic life will continue without issue," said Portugal President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa. "We may be dealing with some unexplained issues with our power grid, but we must assure all of the people in our European nations that they will soon be able to hear the Muslim call to prayer over the loudspeakers and resume planning their hostile takeovers of our countries."

Lisbon residents were glad to receive assurance from the nation's leaders. "It's good to know we'll be back to normal soon," said Abu Musab Al Halawi. "With the blackouts, I've been unable to see well enough at night to go around stabbing anyone. As soon as electricity is restored, I can get back to my routine of plotting the violent deaths of all non-Muslims."

At publishing time, European leaders had confirmed they would have reliable power back as soon as they rebuilt the nuclear plants they tore down a few years ago.

MOM ARRESTED FOR GIVING JELL-O SHOTS TO FIFTH GRADERS AT PARTY

New York Post

Texas mom arrested for giving spiked Jell-O shots to 5th-graders at party — including one who ‘passed out’

By Jared Downing

Published April 25, 2025, 6:55 p.m. ET

A Texas elementary school party got a little wobbly when a mom brought booze-filled Jell-O shots for the kids.

Cops in the town of Tyler arrested Teresa Isabel Bernal, 33, on Monday for her intoxicating party favors, which she said was an accident.

Bernal said she bought the Jell-O shots for her daughter’s Christmas last December from a local confectioner she found on Facebook — but she thought they contained no alcohol, according to a police affidavit obtained by NBC.

Fifteen kids ate the colorful shots, which had been arranged on a table alongside more innocent treats.

Almost all of them reported “having stomach aches and headaches, the affidavit said. One kid couldn’t stay on his feet, another vomited, and a third “passed out.”

Bernal said she thought the shots “do taste different,” but claimed she only realized they contained alcohol after the tots had taken them, officials told NBC.

However, some of her daughter’s teachers could taste the alcohol, and they sent all of the kids who had eaten them to the nurses office, the officials said. Only four kids stayed behind.

“During the interviews I was told, while some of the teachers found it odd that Bernal would bring Jell-O shots to an elementary school party, they were trusting Bernal to not bring anything harmful to the school party. Bernal was an involved parent and was present at many functions at the school,” an investigator wrote in the affidavit.

The officer said they did not believe Bernard got the kids liquored up by accident.

“In my opinion, there is no way Bernal could have missed the fact that the Jell-O shots she purchased … and brought to her daughter’s 5th grade Christmas party contained drinking alcohol,” the officer wrote, adding that the Facebook business that sold the shots made it clear they contained alcohol.

Bernal left jail Monday after posting a $75,000 bond. She has been banned from school grounds, the school district told NBC.

LIBYA STILL ATTRACTING TOURISTS DESPITE SAFETY WARNINGS

New York Post

One of the world’s most dangerous countries is still attracting tourists — despite safety warnings in ‘dark tourism’ trend

By Adriana Diaz

Published April 23, 2025, 10:24 a.m. ET

For years, this country has been deemed one of the most dangerous places to travel — yet tourists keep coming.

Libya, located in North Africa, has struggled through decades of unrest after NATO-backed forces assassinated dictator Muammar Gaddafi.

Since then, the battle to take power has raged on between rival groups from the east and west of the country.

The fighting has led many countries to label the country unsafe for tourists to visit, but that hasn’t stopped some bold adventurers from joining the “danger tourism” or “dark tourism” trend.

The US has issued a Level 4 — the highest — travel advisory against traveling to Libya, warning of “crime, terrorism, unexploded landmines, civil unrest, kidnapping, and armed conflict.”

The UK government also “advises against all travel” to the African country.

However, Libya attracts close to 100,000 international tourists every year, Travel and Tour World reported.

Recent developments and possible stabilization have pushed some places, like India, to ease their travel restrictions and some travelers claim to have visited Libya without any anxiety or issues.

“We felt safe the whole time there,” said Hudson and Emily, content creators who visited Libya in 2024, said.

The couple traveled with a bodyguard who was “very serious about his job” and even went into the bathrooms with them. Despite the extra precaution, they enjoyed their time in the African country, admiring the ancient ruins and UNESCO World Heritage sites of Leptis Magna, the “beautiful” city of Tripoli and the “super friendly people.”

But that doesn’t mean it’s a safe spot.

Last May, a British tourist was held for seven hours at gunpoint at an army checkpoint in Libya.

Daniel Pinto, 26, arrived in the country on May 29, 2024, and spent 21 days traveling — because it was a “mysterious” place he wanted to see.

He describes himself as a “danger tourist” and has previously been to Iran, Iraq and Syria. But this time, his tour hit a snag when he was detained for hours at gunpoint by the army. He didn’t explain how he got out of the situation, but didn’t seem to too shaken by the “scary” situation by the time he shared his story.

Pinto and others who have ignored travel advisories to visit countries deemed unsafe are part of a growing number of travelers skipping piña coloadas and seeking a thrill.

Travel experts have said they’re seeing increased interest in visiting the sites of natural disasters, mass murders or other events or situations in which something bad has happened.

CUSTOMER BLASTED BY INTERNET FOR BRINGING OWN TEABAG TO RESTAURANT FOR HEALTH REASONS

Customer Gets Blasted by Internet for Bringing Their Own Tea Bag to a Restaurant for Health Reasons

By Brenton Blanchet  Published on April 25, 2025 12:31AM EDT

A Reddit user is sparking a conversation around bringing outside foods into restaurants after revealing they brought their own tea bag into a restaurant and were advised not to do so.

On Tuesday, April 22, the anonymous internet user shared on the platform's AITA forum that they went out to eat with their mother in Los Angeles, as they each ordered a hot cup of water and a lemon.

The Reddit user, who had a "slight sore throat," brought bags of a "specific healing tea" along with them to the restaurant and began to drink the tea as their meal arrived. As a result, the location's waitstaff "began circling our table and staring at us throughout our meal" before asking them about the tea at the end of the meal.

"She said, 'You can't really do that.' I said, 'It's a specific type of tea for my health,'" the Reddit user recounted. "She said, 'It doesn't matter. We have tea here. Next time we'll have to charge you for the hot water.' I said, 'You guys don't have this specific tea.' She said, 'It doesn't matter. We'll have to charge you for hot water if you put your own special tea in the water.'"

After the customer's interaction with staff, they wrote that they were "surprised" as they had "never been to a place that charges for hot water."

"The waitstaff continued to stare at us and started circling our table. Then, without asking if we were finished, the waitress brought the check to the table," the Reddit user wrote. "I was planning on ordering a mango sticky rice, but didn't get the chance as she had brought the check. Because of this experience, as we left, I did not leave a tip. I felt very unwelcome and awkward with the staring."

The Reddit user — who claimed that the lack of tipping "did not have to do with the rule about the tea" — also argued that the restaurant "had no other stated policy about bringing one's own tea" and called the staff's approach "hostile and unprofessional with the staring, circling, and preemptively bringing the check."

Still, the original poster's friend argued that they were in the wrong, not only for bringing the tea, but also having "stiffed the server for no good reason."

"The not tipping did not have to do with the rule about the tea, which I accepted," the Reddit user wrote in an update. "I usually tip 20% minimum because I do know servers have it hard. I drew the line at the way the waitstaff began staring, circling our table, and hovering over us even after we had the tea discussion. They kept looking between us and the door. I found this to be hostile."

Despite how they may have perceived the situation, the general consensus under their post was that the customer was indeed an "a-------" for bringing their own tea and refusing to tip.

"The restaurant's source of income is on selling product. You would never walk into a bar with your own six pack claiming they don't have that type of beer," the most-upvoted response read. "Just because they were OK bringing you free hot water and lemon, does not mean you should bring your chicken noodle packet, which they don't sell. So, yes it was an AH move that not only you and your mom were doing this, and then on top of their doing you a favor of bringing hot water and lemon, you decide to stiff the tip? You double dipped on AH behavior, sorry to say."

Another user added that if the original poster were to get sick, "the restaurant could be responsible even though it was her own stupid tea."

"If it’s a restaurant always ask," another Reddit commenter wrote. "They don’t know what that stuff was in your teabags and only had your say so for it. Someone else posted earlier about bring a small cupcake, rules for every restaurant is can I eat or drink what I brought from the outside in? And if you wanted something else you could have ordered it."

"That happens sometimes to me, I always say 'Hey I wanted to order one more thing' and they whisk it away. To me, they didn’t do anything to not warrant a tip," the person added. "I will say at least you all were civil to each other, but it seemed like you were waiting for an excuse to not tip them since you were upset about the earlier comment of them telling you no to outside tea bags. At least they didn’t empty it out or anything."

After reviewing the comments, the original poster wrote that they "could perhaps accept a 'you're the a--hole' on the tea, but not for the tipping as the waitstaff's subsequent behavior did take away from the meal."

"In the future I could consider a lesser tip rather than none," they wrote. "Thanks everyone who has commented so far!"
