As far as the 2004 movie is concerned, it made for a good comedy, although, from what I've heard, the film actually ended up encouraging, rather than stopping, bullying.
As for the book: Most importantly, it is without Christ and therefore of no value. Without the Christian framework, which is the only one that provides a truly workable worldview, how do Wiseman and her readers actually think girl world is going to get any better?
This first point feeds into my second point, which is that the book is completely focused on being curative without at all being profalactic. That is, "Queen Bees" is all about dealing with problems with preteen and teen girls when they arise, not about preventing them.
Third, Rosalind Wiseman's people are largely responsible for a lot of the problems teens experience in our culture today.
