Two women came to blows in front of a coffin after discovering they were both lovers of the same cheating man.

 

The shocking row erupted during the man's wake - leaving mourners stunned.

 

Dramatic footage shows the coffin lid nearly sliding off as the pair lunge at each other before being pulled apart by a bystander.

 

One woman had been standing beside the coffin, whispering a tender farewell to the deceased. She was heard saying: 'Love, I'm going to miss you.'

 

But her emotional goodbye immediately raised suspicions with another woman in attendance.

 

She leapt to her feet and confronted the tearful stranger, demanding: 'Who are you?'

 

When the woman revealed she had been romantically involved with the deceased, the situation spiralled.

 

Both women claimed to be his partner – before launching into a furious brawl right beside the coffin at the wake in Veracruz, Mexico.

 

The clip has since gone viral on Instagram, racking up more than 150,000 views and hundreds of comments.

 

One person said: 'They almost killed him again.'

 

Another person quipped: 'He couldn't stand either of them anymore and preferred to die.'

 

One user said: 'Fighting over a dead person, how sad.'

 

One commenter said: 'This isn't unusual, it happens all the time.'

 

And another person said: 'It's clear the deceased isn't going to heaven!'
