Dear Friends:
Thought I better send this one day early as tomorrow I plan to be decorating the Madoc Legion.
Getting pretty excited about this Friday night at the Madoc Legion!! It's going to be a GREAT night! I've been hearing from musicians, our regular audience and some new faces - I'm expecting a great turnout for the Christmas Potluck Dinner beginning just before and along with the WONDERFUL Madoc's Open Mic. :D We're going to have SO MUCH FUN!!
SO bring a potluck dish - appetizers, main dishes, veggies, salad, desserts.... whatever works for you. Musicians come on out and bring your instruments and appetites. Audience bring your shakers and singing voices and appetites. Bring your friends! Everyone Welcome!!
The Party starts at 6:00. Planning to set food out upstairs and have a few tables there and the pool table operational - costs $1. Fill up your plate and bring it back downstairs - when you're ready - where the bar and music will be and lots more tables. Musicians be sure to sign up with Elizabeth - unless I find you first.(:
You can eat at 6:00 and/or whenever you get hungry during the night.
Madoc's Open Mic begins at 6:30 as usual - or as close as we can.
We have 2 mics, 2 monitors, a music stand and PA system with Todd Olmstead on the sound board to make sure everything goes smoothly. (:
We have some wonderful dishes coming! I just know there is going to be an exciting selection!
And most important we will have all of you to celebrate with us!!
