COLOMBIA AND ALBERTA 2026

Colombia &  Alberta 2026

This March, Mark and Isabella had the incredible opportunity to travel to Colombia with a team from NorthPoint Community Church in Edmonton to support missionaries Darren and Patty McCrae. What unfolded over those days was nothing short of powerful.

From the moment they arrived, there was a deep sense that God was already at work. Throughout the trip, Mark preached approximately six times across churches, prisons, and a men’s conference, each setting opening the door for the Gospel to go forward with clarity and impact. Together, they ministered in a variety of environments, creating space for people to encounter the presence of God in a real and personal way.

One of the most impactful parts of the trip was the time spent in the prisons. There, they witnessed firsthand the hunger for hope and transformation. Over300 men surrendered their lives to Jesusduring these services, many of whom encountered freedom and healing. Moments like these are a reminder that no place is too far, and no life is beyond the reach of God’s love.

For Isabella, this trip was especially meaningful. Not only did she step into ministry in a new cultural context, but she also preached alongside Mark twice during the trip, sharing the message with boldness and compassion. She embraced every opportunity to serve, pray, and minister, and it was powerful to see God use her in such a significant way. Watching the Gospel impact lives across cultures left a lasting impression and deepened her faith and calling.

This trip wasn’t just about the moments in services; it was about relationships, seeds planted, and the ongoing work God is doing in Colombia. We believe that what took place during this time will continue to grow and bear fruit long after the team has returned home.

During their time in Colombia, the team helped build over 10 walls using clay blocks, continuing the project that Darren and Patty McCrae started. A lasting place is being established for people to gather and encounter God. We also ask that you continue to coverDarren and Patty McCraein prayer as they faithfully carry on the work the Lord has entrusted to them in Colombia. Your prayers make a difference as they minister, lead, and pour into the lives of so many.

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve had the privilege of ministering in Alberta, with Mark preaching in two Filipino churches in Edmonton and Christina and Isabella leading worship at City Mosaic in Calgary before Mark shared. It has been a powerful time, and we’ve seen God move in incredible ways.

Thank you to everyone who prayed and supported this mission. Your partnership is what makes it possible to go, to serve, and to see lives transformed.
