This sermon contains one major fallacy. Driscoll says God can only create good things, when the Bible clearly says God created evil. He did this so that humans would have a choice between drawing near to Him or following sinful desires.
This sermon also gets into a number of side issues. I would disagree with Driscoll with regards to tatoos and piercings. I definitely think they are wrong as stated in Leviticus.
I would also contend the sabbath is not the Jewish sabbath. Rather, it is God's sabbath instituted at Creation. As with the law regarding tatoos and piercings, the sabbath itself was never done away with in the New Testament. When a part of the Law that was merely part of the Old Covenant was done away with, this fact was made very clear.
As an interesting side point, Driscoll prays in his closing prayer, "... You spoke but You never told a lie." Actually, Jesus did lie once, for the right reasons. It concerned His attending the Feast of Dedication.
