The only major thing I would disagree with in this sermon concerns suffering.
Sometimes, Christians suffer because of disobedience or so that God can teach them something or have them grow in their faith. A great deal, or at least some of this suffering can be avoided if we are diligent to obey God and to study His word, taking the time to learn and grow in Him.
However, many Christians around the world also suffer precisely because they are Christians. This kind of persecution and suffering is glorious because it fulfills what Jesus said, that if the world hated Him it would hate and persecute His followers. This suffering represents fulfilled prophecy and in itself is a testimony that Jesus was who he claimed to be.
It is better to suffer for doing right because at least you did the right thing as opposed to suffering justly because you sinned.
