TV-RELATED STUFF: OLD CBC SHOWS

Here's "Homemade Television", a kids variety show. Quite the interesting program. Though the date on the video says June 1977, I think, to judge from some of the content, this originally aired in October of 1976. Incidentally, the playground they profile shut down several years ago. 

Here's an episode of daytime talk show "Take 30" from 1967 featuring Joni Mitchell. Seems like a good way to brighten up a Monday. Also love the promos at the beginning voiced by CBC stalwart Allan McFee and the centennial promo at the end.

Here's "The Barris Beat" from New Year's Eve 1956. This is from back when Canada had blue laws and everything was closed on a Sunday.
