I don't hold out great hope the content on most of the radio stations Bell Media recently sold to other companies will improve. As far as Vista is concerned, there local station Moose FM in Bancroft is voice tracked and boring, except for the fact it has a genuine variety of music. The My FM stations are all cookie cutter with pre-recorded local content. I have heard Maritime Broadcasting Systems is a horrible company to work for. Durham and White Oaks may be the exception to all of this.
Have picked up Froggy 97 Watertown a few times lately.
Picked up K-Love from Buffalo a few weeks ago. The female anncr had a perfect opportunity to analogize her topical bit with the Gospel but she didn't do so.
Picked up CHUM-FM Toronto that same Saturday and Sunday of DXing.
