MEDIA-RELATED STUFF: ALL-CANADIAN

Great CBC has undertaken a review of its future. Too bad the panel isn't made up of a logger from BC, a rancher from Alberta, a wheat farmer from Saskatchewan, a stay-at-home mom from Ontario, a lobster fisherman from Nova Scotia, and a potato farmer from PEI.

Didn't know Bell Media's headquarters in Toronto had a patio!

Happy retirement, CBC's Jeannie Lee. I always enjoyed your reports because they weren't all stiff like most other stuff traditionally heard on the Mother Corp.

It also sucks CBC Ottawa's Lawrence Wall has retired.

Heard the "don't you worry about my boyfriend" version of "The Macarena" yesterday afternoon on My FM, which I had never before heard on the radio.

Conrad Black should not have caught flack at the recent Western Association of Broadcasters conference. As reported on this blog and elsewhere, not a single body has been found.
