A COUPLE CULINARY ADVENTURES

A while ago I cooked a veal chop and did a horrible job of it, so I wanted to try to do it right when I cooked another one recently. 


I coated the veal chop in salt and pepper, then added rosemary. I also put butter and lemon juice in the pan to make a pan sauce. The chop turned out much better than the previous time.


After this, I thought about what I would do with the leftover rosemary and lemon juice. I had some chicken in the freezer, so the day after the veal chop I made rosemary and lemon chicken, sprinkling lemon juice on both sides of the chicken and then coating the chicken with rosemary. It was excellent!
