TBL needs you! Call for part-time staff and board members

Are you or do you know someone who is creative or tech-savvy and is interested in advancing TBL’s work?
We are looking to hire two youths (under 30 years old) to work as our Marketing Coordinator and Web Developer from this summer to the end of February 2021. It will be an excellent opportunity to collaborate with our team to create communications pieces that will tell of our stories and needs.

As these two positions are funded by the Canada Summer Jobs program of the Government of Canada, there are certain criteria for the applicants.

In addition, we are searching for new board members who are passionate about our mission to bring life-giving words to people who are visually impaired and print disabled.
Whether it is for community care, multi-lingual ministries, marketing communications, or a technology-related role, if you would like to be involved in a board capacity, we welcome you to get in touch with us at info@talkinbooklibrary.org to learn more about how your gifts can shine.
We also welcome applications from volunteers who can help us with production, editing, and narration once our office operations resume at some point in the fall.
