FOOD NOTES
Make a Mexican hot chocolate by adding cinnamon and pepper.
Tried pineapple beer recently. Pleased to discover the flavour wasn't overwhelming: just subtly there.
Had jalapeno-wrapped feta cheese recently. It was some good.
Interestingly, from a Mexican friend and brother, he described a "Cadillac" beverage to me as half coffee and half hot chocolate (traditional flavour). Thanks Alex.

I've had hot chocolate and coffee mixed together before but I didn't know it was called a cadilac and was a Mexican drink.
I am not sure it is a Mexican beverage but my friend is Mexican.
