Why do I feel wistful that Star 102.5 Buffalo is gone even though I used to find it so annoying?
Speaking of which, Audacy, why don't you just sell all your radio stations if you aren't going to put anyeffort into programming them. I picked up 98 PXY Rochester this afternoon. It was voicetracked by a female anncr I later found out was from Phoenix. There were only topical bits, no liners, no weather forecasts, no timechecks, certainly no phone calls from the teens and young adults of central New York, what sounded like fake listener comments in the IDs, that "Kill Bill" song played twice within less than two hours, not even any back or frontsells. This on a Sunday afternoon, a plum time for chr, and the first Sunday of summer vacation at that, although that might only be the case in Arizona and not New York. For cripes sake, not even any mention by this anncr of the station we were listening to when she came off a record! Honestly!!
Incidentally, all the best with your apparent musical career, Natasha Castles, because it sure as heck doesn't look like there's going to be any future for terrestrial radio.
