"Why Potassium Iodide Pills Are In Demand Since the Ukraine War Began"     Remnant, with headlines like the one above, we felt it prudent to once again share this informative article.      As a child I knew this as “the Nuke Medicine.” I grew up in Northern California and north of us was the nuclear plant Hanford, a nuclear plant that was established in 1943 and has had numerous problems. Government documents have confirmed that Hanford’s operations have released significant amounts of radioactive materials into the air and the Columbia River.          When I left home, I left with my box of “Nuke Pills.” About ten years later, I asked my dad to help me replace them, for I believed they may be getting old, which he gladly did. I stored them away in a cool dark place and felt a little more secure. This was near the time of the Y2K (which was a needed little reminder for me.) God tells us, “Blessed are those slaves whom the master will find on alert when he comes,” and, “Be dressed in readiness, and keep your lamps lit.” This certainly applies spiritually and physically. My grandmother was alert, my father and mother were alert, I need to be also and teach my children. Just musing here, but the verse in the same chapter of Luke says, “I have come to cast fire upon the earth; and how I wish it were already kindled!” In light of the discoveries on the site of Sodom and Gomorrah, I find this very interesting.          Years later, as I continued my research and learning, I realized that my “Nuke Pills,” were potassium iodate and that it was potassium iodate, not potassium iodide, because the shelf life is much greater for the iodate. In my research, I realized that the iodine had been removed from the American diet and a misleading and extremely inefficient supplement had been slipped in, iodized salt. At the same time bromine was added. Iodine used to be added to commercial bread until it was replaced with   bromide in the late 1960’s.          Bromides are a common endocrine disruptor. If you are like most people, you probably haven’t spent much time thinking about how much bromine you’re absorbing from your car upholstery or your soda pop. Bromine toxicity is a definite danger from some surprising sources, and it can wreak havoc on your health. You are already exposed to far too much chlorine and bromine. Bromine can be found in a number of places in your everyday world, including: pesticides, specifically methyl bromide, used mainly on strawberries, predominantly in California, soft drinks, citrus-flavored sodas, in the form of brominated vegetable oils, (BVOs) and plastics, like those used to make computers. Bakery goods and some flours often contain a “dough conditioner” called potassium bromate.          When you ingest or absorb bromine as found in baked goods, plastics, soft drinks, medications, pesticides and more, it displaces iodine. This iodine deficiency leads to an increased risk for cancer of the breast, thyroid gland, ovary and prostate cancers that we see at alarmingly high rates today. Iodine actually induces apoptosis as well, meaning it causes cancer cells to self-destruct. The biggest factor is that it is blocking iodine from the thyroid, which is where 60% of the iodine in the human body is found. The fact that thyroid diseases has skyrocketed also made me look hard at this subject.

When the Fukushima nuclear disaster happened, the government totally stripped America’s supply of potassium iodate. Working at a health food store at the time, we couldn’t get it at all.     Another thing I noticed as peculiar; the government recommendation that was a print-out from the internet that I had stuck in my box of nuke pills was no longer on the internet. In it’s place was a warning, “Do not take without Doctor’s supervision.” The government dosage  recommendations were removed. I searched hard, knowing that I had read it there but it was gone! There was also a great amount of ‘reassurance’ on the internet that America was in no danger from this disaster. The raw milk from the Spokane, Washington area became unavailable for quite a while because of the levels of radiation. Were the government reports misleading?     I would like to share one more thing about potassium iodate that I was blessed to learn. A lady I know had been on the thyroid medication, Synthroid, for years. She told me she had grown up in the Chicago area and had drank fluoridated water and eaten white bread all her life, destroying her thyroid. She became concerned after moving to our area, as they felt led to change their lifestyle and move into a more preparedness way of living. Given that she was dependent on the medication, she began researching supplements and came across a thyroid flush protocol. She talked to her Doctor, who was less than enthusiastic, but cooperative. She told me she took a teaspoon of celtic salt in 8 ounces of warm water first thing every morning and a high dose of potassium iodate daily. In her case this took about three months as she continuously reduced her medication. She is no longer on medication and makes sure she supplies the nutrients to her body for a healthy thyroid. She did extensive research, she says she mostly based her protocol on information she found in Weston A. Prices teachings.          Iodine is an incredibly important nutrient in our  bodies. 40% of the world’s population is at high risk for   iodine deficiency. That doesn’t put most of us in a very good starting point if we need to protect ourselves and our families in the event of nuclear fall-out.          Potassium iodate is taken in the case of nuclear fallout to fill up and flush the thyroid, so as to prevent the uptake of dangerous radioactive fallout that may cause issues such as cancer in the future. Youth and infants are at highest risk of developing cancer or thyroid issues from radiation poisoning, with the lowest risk of developing them being in those over the age of forty.

* Newborns from birth to 1 month of age should be given 16 mg (¼ of a 65 mg tablet or ¼ mL of solution). This dose is for both nursing and non-nursing newborn infants.          *Infants and children between 1 month and 3 years of age should take 32 mg (½ of a 65 mg tablet OR ½ mL of solution). This dose is for both nursing and non-nursing infants and children.          *Children between 3 and 18 years of age should take 65 mg (one 65 mg tablet OR 1 mL of solution). Children who are adult size (greater than or equal to 150 pounds) should take the full adult dose, regardless of their age.          *Adults should take 130 mg (one 130 mg tablet OR two 65 mg tablets OR two mL of solution).          *Women who are breastfeeding should take the adult dose of 130 mg.          These dosages are the CDC recommended amount in case of exposure to radiation or nuclear fallout. A single dose suffices to fill the thyroid for twenty four hours and reduce the chances of absorbing radioactive fallout and is usually all that is needed to protect the thyroid gland. Avoid repeat dosing for pregnant or breastfeeding women and infants. In some cases people may be exposed to radioactive fallout for more than 24 hours and in that scenario it may be recommended to take the dose of potassium iodide every 24 hours for a few days.          Available from SFA for $25.00 per  bottle of 200 tablets each, including shipping, and, ON SALE NOW, BUY 2, GET 1 FREE!

CALIFORNIA CITY MOVES FORWARD WITH UNIVERSAL BASIC INCOME PROGRAM FOR TRANSGENDER RESIDENTS

California city moves forward with universal basic income program for transgender residents

A California city council is planning to move forward with a universal basic income program in an effort to assist transgender residents in the community. 

The Palm Springs City Council has approved a $200,000 initiative to apply for part of $35 million set aside by the state for such guaranteed income programs.

In a recent report, the City Council said that transgender residents are more vulnerable to experiencing unemployment, homelessness, assault and discrimination in the community. 

The City Council partnered with local health community center DAP Health and nonprofit organization Queer Works on the initiative. 

“This proposal identifies transgender or nonbinary individuals living in Palm Springs as the targeted recipients of the pilot program. Transgender and nonbinary individuals are identified as particularly vulnerable to unemployment, homelessness, assault, and discrimination,” the report said. 

“The $200,000 financial commitment is intended to support the application and design phase,” the report added. “This phase is expected to take approximately six months and will include drafting and submitting a proposal for additional state funding, raising additional funds needed as cash match for the project, community engagement and feedback and finalizing eligibility requirements.” 

The neighboring cities of El Monte, Los Angeles and Long Beach have also created initiatives to provide residents with monthly payments, NBC affiliate KNBC reported.

Los Angeles’s new program, which will give about 1,000 city residents monthly payments of up to $1,000 for three years, has already begun its application rollout last week, KNBC noted.

What God's plan is for us eyes have not seen and ears have not heard.

DRUG AND CELL PHONE ADDICTION

        

From an Acres of Diamonds Man...             “Almost 70 percent of Americans take at least one prescription medication, and more than half take at least two,   according to a new study by researchers at the Mayo Clinic. The most common prescriptions are for antibiotics, antidepressants and opioid painkillers. One-fifth of Americans are taking five or more prescription drugs, CBS Atlanta reports. “Often when people talk about health conditions, they’re talking about chronic conditions such as heart disease or diabetes,” lead researcher Jennifer St. Sauver said in a news release. “However, the second most common prescription was for antidepressants — that suggests mental health is a huge issue and is something we should focus on. And the third most common drugs were opioids, which is a bit concerning considering their addicting nature.””  One of the biggest national security threats in the U.S.-China trade war could be to the everyday medicines taken by millions of Americans.

The U.S.   relies on imported medicines from China in a big way. Antibiotics, over-the-counter pain meds and the stuff that stops itching and swelling — a lot of it is imported from China. The US and China so far have left pharmaceuticals out of the bilateral trade war, including the announcement last week of a mini deal. While Trump had used national security as a rationale to slap tariffs or trade sanctions on a variety of imports, medical supplies haven’t fallen under such scrutiny. But the U.S. is woefully unprepared to address even minor disruptions in the supply of these drugs. “Medicines can be used as a weapon of war against the United States,” Rosemary Gibson, a senior adviser on health care issues at the bioethics-focused Hastings Center and  co-author of “China Rx: Exposing the Risks of America's Dependence on China for Medicine,” told lawmakers last month. “Supplies can be withheld. Medicines can be made with lethal contaminants or sold without any real medicine in them, rendering them ineffective.” A watchdog report last month by the U.S.- China Economic and Security Review Commission and a recent congressional hearing warn that China hopes of surpassing the United States as the world’s biggest producer of pharmaceutical products. Last year, China accounted for 95 percent of U.S. imports of ibuprofen, 91 percent of U.S. imports of hydrocortisone, 70 percent of U.S. imports of acetaminophen, 40 to 45 percent of U.S. imports of penicillin and 40 percent of U.S. imports of heparin, according to Commerce Department data.  Antidepressants work over time, accumulating in the brain. They don’t produce immediate effects. It can take over a month before an Antidepressant starts working. Most Antidepressant abuse is typically someone increasing their prescribed dose when they feel like the drug isn’t working fast enough. Some people combine Antidepressants with other substances, like alcohol, in an attempt to amplify the medication’s effects. Over time, Antidepressants can stop working for those who truly need them. This can lead some users to increase their doses when they can’t find the relief they need on what was initially prescribed. “I start to get the feeling that something is really wrong. Like all the drugs put together — the [L]ithium, the Prozac, the [D]esipramine, and Desyrel that I take to sleep at night — can no longer combat whatever it is that was wrong with me in the first place.”     Author Elizabeth Wurtzel, Prozac Nation, 1994 Like most drugs, taking large doses of Antidepressants can be dangerous and can also increase the likelihood of seizures. People abusing Antidepressants increase their risk of overdosing. Antidepressants are prescription medications used to treat moderate to severe depression. The most common forms of  Antidepressant medication are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs). SSRIs treat depression by changing the brain’s chemical balance of serotonin. This chemical impacts mood and helps people feel positive about their lives. SNRIs similarly boost mood by interacting with norepinephrine and serotonin in the brain. We surveyed Americans 18 and older about their phone habits and behaviors. And like Narcissus staring into an endless pool of reflection, most of us can’t live without our cellphones in sight for very long—if at all. Our cell phones are our constant companions. As many as 71% of us check our phones within 10 minutes of waking up. And 74% of us can’t leave our cell phones at home without feeling uneasy. Nor can we imagine our little companions   dying—48% of people say they feel a sense of panic or anxiety when their cell phone battery goes below 20%. Even while driving, 35% of Americans use or look at their cell phones. On romantic dates, 43% of us are more wrapped up in our phones than our partner’s company. And when we say “I couldn’t be without our cell phones for five minutes,” most of us mean it—70% of Americans check their phones within five minutes of receiving a notification. On average, we check our phones every four minutes. Over half of Americans have never gone longer than 24 hours without their cell phones. We’re so reliant on our phones that 61% of us have texted someone in the same room as us. And, lest we sit enthroned without our cell phone scepters, 64% of us use our phones on the toilet too. It’s no surprise that 45% of Americans say that their phone is the most valuable possession. What is surprising is how far our obsessions with cell phones go: · Over one-third of Americans (36%) say they’d give up their pets to keep their cell phone. · 53% say that in a house fire or other disaster, their cell phone would be the number one possession they’d try to save · 26% say they’ve endangered themselves to avoid losing or damaging their cell phone Now, we’re not saying you should stop endlessly    scrolling, but we’d like you to keep yourself (and your animal friends) safe—you can always replace your cell phone!  -- Americans have become insane, ignorant, stupid, fat, lazy, out of shape, brainwashed cellphone and prescription drug addicts, as a nation of self-idolaters social media grazing their lives away for the easy brain titillation of instant gratification, while holding their hands out for more government welfare largesse and freebies paid for by their laboring taxpayer   neighbors.
