Found a couple cool things on the internet recently I'd like to share. I don't know how to link text, so you will have to paste the urls into your browser.

For the past few days I have been listening to different internet radio stations while I eat my lunch.

Mushroom Fm has a very professional sound and entertaining announcers, as well as a good variety of hits (and nonhits) from the past few decades.

The Legend is an oldies station. Not an oldies fan, but they have a good variety of music as well, right through the seventies. They also have a smooth jazz show.

For those of you who are fans of Lum And Abner, Donnie Pitchford has started drawing comic strips featuring the two endearing hillbillies. He also produces an audio version of each strip in the style of an old-time radio serial.

Found a few cool things on YouTube the last couple days. You can use the search feature to find these.

First, there is a wire recording of an atomic bomb test from 1952 as covered on the radio by what I asume was a major network.

On the completely opposite end of the spectrum, there are some really awesome videos of teenagers pulling pranks over Walmart intercoms. These include a guy doing an impression of Kermit The Frog and a guy saying "Paging Dr. Faggot."
